寒菊銘醸於1883年(明治16年)創立，位於千葉縣，有着和暖純淨的自然環境。酒藏嚴格挑選千葉、岡山和兵庫縣的優質大米，以傳統手藝結合新科技，釀造出21種清酒。
酒藏近年屢獲佳績，「名誉大吟醸夢の又夢」 獲2016年日本清酒評鑑會吟釀部門優等賞。而這款為紀念創辦人佐瀬源作而製作的寒菊源作純米大吟釀，亦於2013年獲得IWC英國烈酒競賽日本酒金牌獎。2022年酒藏更獲選為SAKETIME推薦清酒的前十名，在日本迅速冒起，值得注目。

This boutique sake brewery established in 1883. It is located in Chiba near Kujukuri-hama.
The brewery selects high-quality rice from Chiba, Okayama and Hyogo prefectures, and combines traditional craftsmanship with new technology to produce 21 variations of Sake.
'Gensaku' Junmai Daiginjo Sake is made to commemorate the founder Gensaku Sase, which awarded IWC Gold Medal Sake in 2013.
In 2022, it became one of the top ten brewery recommended by SAKETIME.

Tasting Notes:
Clear colour. Medium-bodied, the texture is smooth and soft. Tropical fruit flavours, with hints of lactic acid at first and followed by the nice sweetness of the rice aroma.
