「我沒有想過葡萄酒可以與廣東菜式如此配合，我玩得十分開心，下次有同樣活動我一定會再來！」一位年輕女士參加過我們為客人於旺角八月軒舉辦的葡萄酒晚宴後說。

所有細節經過精心設計，效果特別好，而相信六十位參加者都對當晚的食品和葡萄酒配搭感到十分滿意。

‘I have never thought of wines can be matched so perfectly with Cantonese cuisine like this, I enjoyed it very much and definitely will come again!’ a young participant said, who joined the dinner we organised in Jasmine Garden, Mong Kok.
It is absolutely true that results would be amazing when everything is carefully planned, and the 60 participants all got a thrill out of the selection of the wines and food.
