法國農家香檳 Champagne Tarlant 自1687年開始已經製作質素獨一無二的香檳，絕非一般商業化香檳酒廠可以媲美。Tarlant 家族傳人 Melanie Tarlant 早前訪港與不少本地香檳愛好者分享其優質香檳。
質素超凡的香檳，和高級法國菜式匹配，相信沒有人會反對，所以位於尖沙咀維多利亞海岸邊的EPURE餐廳便成為了香檳晚宴的最佳場地。

French grower champagne winery since 1687, Champagne Tarlant produces exceptionally good quality champagnes that are unique and not comparable to products from big houses. One of their owners from the Tarlant family, Melanie Tarlant visited us and met with a great number of Champagne lovers in Hong Kong.
Champagnes with exceptional quality should match with uniquely fine French cuisine, in view of this, a dinner was held in EPURE located beside the spectacular Victoria Harbour.
