埔里山谷, 台灣

自然氣泡紅酒

葡萄品種:
50% 蜜紅, 50% 巨峰
產自彰化。

釀造:
手工去梗,80% 破皮果粒+20% 完整果粒,8 天冷泡皮,6 天低溫帶皮發酵,微量淋汁,浸皮 14 天後榨汁瓶中完成發酵,無轉瓶之除渣。
820瓶手工釀製。

品酒筆記:
迷人的粉色,真實地表現出亞熱帶的一切。
像蒼翠的春天帶著粉紅色的花朵,多汁的瓜果和葡萄,接著薄荷般的草本尾韻,細緻的氣泡就像涼爽的熱帶雨水。

Winemaking:
De-stem its grapes manually. After gentle pressing, 8 days cold maceration. Bottle fermentation in cold temperature with skin for 6 days.
820 bottles handcrafted.

Tasting Notes:
Delicate pink colour. Like the Azalea flowers in the Spring. Lovely fine and fresh bubbles. Elegant and vivid aromas of grape and tropical fruit with a bit of fresh mints. Fresh and fine bubbles.
