The juice for this peach nectar is obtained exclusively from the White Peach variety. This variety of peach is characterized by a very intense aroma and fullbodied taste. Our fully-ripe and fragrant white peaches are sourced from our farmers from Italy. Thanks to an individual technique the farmers only pick harvestable fruits. This guarantees the consistently high quality of our product. Our white peach nectar has a fruit content of at least 50%.

Tasting note:
The juice has an increased viscosity and exudes a juicy, sun-ripened peach flavor. A pleasant sweetness intensifies the fruit aromas on the palate, the mild acidity is well integrated and the mouth is lined with a velvety almost creamy texture. It is a companion to many fruit desserts or cheesecakes.
As a cocktail it is recommended in a combination of 1/3 juice and 2/3 dry sparkling wine, which goes well with Iberian ham or small crackers with salmon tartare and avocado.
