Alta Alella是一間家族酒莊，由Josep Maria 與太太 Cristina 於1991年成立，他們半生都浸淫在葡萄酒和 Cava氣泡酒的世界。酒莊距離巴塞隆拿只有幾英里，位處自然公園 ( Serralade de Marina Natural Park )之中。他們對土地，對大自然的愛，由實行有機耕作及種植本土葡萄如Xarel.lo及Macabeo等可見一斑。

Alta Alella is a family winery that established in 1991. Josep Maria and his wife Cristina have spent their lives sharing the wine and cava culture.  They set up the winery in the midst of the Serralade de Marina Natural Park, where just a few miles away from Barcelona. Their respect for the land shown by the practice of certified organic farming and using local varieties such as Xarel.lo and Macabeo.

Tasting Notes:
Intense yellow color with golden reflections. Aromas of peach and pear in syrup, citrus and white flower integrated with a subtle background of toast from aging.  Extreme mouthfeel with an exceptional acid-sweet balance.
