Zeppwingert Reserve的收成來自酒園精挑細選過百年Grand Cru級的葡萄區塊，並不是每年出產，只釀造了兩桶，所以只生產了數百瓶，此酒捕捉了大自然的珍貴的吉光片羽，是Immich-Batterieberg顛峰之作。

採自6個梯田上，超過100歲的古老葡萄藤（其中此年份的reserve選擇了最上兩層梯田），產量僅限於兩個酒桶。
2017年Enkircher Zeppwingert Reserve Riesling 精美清晰、細緻、帶花香，清脆至近乎超凡的氣味。 在口感上，純淨、礦石，附隨清脆單寧，很多石頭和大自然礦物味，技巧精緻高雅。 這支非常刺激的Riesling 來自一個偉大的風土。 如果偶然有幸收藏/享用，必會是人生樂事。反而需擔心愛得太遲，所以如果有幸遇見，請勿猶豫，馬上抓緊切勿放手。

From 100+-year-old vines on six terraces (the two upper terraces were selected for the reserve wine this vintage), limited to just two barriques, the 2017 Enkircher Zeppwingert Riesling Reserve is beautifully clear, fine and even floral on the delicate, crunchy, almost ethereal nose. On the palate, this is a pure, crystalline and salty Riesling with crunchy tannins, lots of stones and salts and great finesse and elegance. This is a highly stimulating Riesling from a great terroir, and you should be extremely happy if, by accident, you have the chance to call it yours. I fear, though, that this review comes too late; but if not, don't hesitate for a second to grab one if you can find it.

音樂欣賞：布拉姆斯一號交響曲集合偉大，意境，優美，激情。曾被19世紀德國著名指揮家漢斯·馮·畢羅喻為貝多芬第十號，這次特別選出第四樂章，邊聽邊喝Zeppwingert絕對是偉大的享受。

布拉姆斯一號第四樂章開始宏偉浩蕩，接著精心安排的Pizzicato兩音組勾弦。畫面一轉，用法國號吹奏經典阿爾卑斯山上感覺的Alphorn Theme，像微風飄來遠方的樂韻，充斥著充滿優美意境的畫面，再與長笛一唱一和收結。之後優美的弦樂旋律起舞，漸漸步入山峰，羣山起伏，雲霧逐漸上升而形成壯麗雲海。整首布拉姆斯一號交響曲絕對是經典，一聽難忘，更暗藏了布拉姆斯對貝多芬的敬意，是古典音樂計貝多芬九號交響曲後絕不能錯過的偉大作品。
