This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of bread crust, yeast and grapefruit followed by aromas of pineapple, banana, hawthorn, mineral, hazelnut, apple and plum.
