酒莊於1731年由Michel Bouchard於布蒙(Beaune)成立，可說是布爾岡其中一家歷史最悠久的葡萄酒莊。為了在Côte d'Or建立一個非凡的酒莊，他們於19世紀及20世紀初，收購了不少優秀的村莊。如今酒莊坐擁130公頃的葡萄園，12個特級園(Grand Cru)，74個一級園(Premier Cru)。
Bouchard Père & Fils 自 1907 年開始生產 Beaune du Château。Beaune du Château的白酒來自 4 塊 Beaune Premier Cru，Aigrots、Tuvilains、Sizies 和 Sur les Greves，它們可發揮互補的作用。每個區塊的葡萄在混合前都先單獨釀造 ，以保持每個風土的特徵。

2018 Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc 大方而迷人，散發出熟透的梨子、新鮮糕餅和白花的幽香。 酒體中等，濃度適中，圓潤飽滿。 新鮮飲用很好喝，即使它不太具備陳年的潛質。

Founded in 1731 in Beaune by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, perpetuating tradition for 9 generations.  The desire to build up an exceptional estate in Côte d’Or and acquisitions in the best Villages throughout the 19th century and early 20th century. Today the estate boasts 130 hectares of vines, 12 are classed Grand Cru and 74 classed as Premier Cru.
Bouchard Père & Fils started producing Beaune du Château since 1907. White Beaune du Château comes from 4 parcels of Beaune Premier Cru chosen fro their complementary qualities:  Aigrots, Tuvilains, Sizies and Sur les Greves, The grapes from each climat are vinified separately before blending, in order to preserve the character of each terror.

Vinification: 
Manual harvest in small cases. Mature in French oak for 9 -10 months, with up to 15% new oak, and for 3-4 months in stainless steel vats. The cellars located in the Bastions of the ancient Château de Beaune offer ideal ambient conditions.

Generous and charming, the 2018 Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc offers up aromas of ripe pears, fresh pastry and white flowers. Medium-bodied, fleshy and moderately concentrated, it's round and giving. This will show well young, even if it doesn't appear to possess the cut or structure for long-term improvement.
