Fermentation and Ageing:

Available in a limited edition of only 600 bottles: made of selected grapes, very gently processed, spontaneously fermented over 8 months and kept in the barrel over 1.5 years in order to give the natural sedimentary deposition enough time. Since this wine has not been filtered, it remains with small particles which bring additional flavour to the wine.

Tasting Notes:
Intense, full-bodied and lasting. Flavour to melon and ripe apple with a creamy texture on the palate. Mild and complex. This wine shall breathe in the glass before enjoying.
