Its vineyards are all located in the Grand Cru region of Cramant and Chouilly. A visit to Epernay would immediately pass his domain. Damien makes a very elegant Grand Cru Champagne from only Chardonnay: Blanc de Blancs. Damien isn't the type who wants to show off a lot of prestige and marketing. But his Champagnes... you just have to taste them! Pure finesse!
