The house of Champagne Waris‐Larmandier was created in 1989 by Marie-Hélène Larmandier and her husband. One look at the flamboyant ‘epoque’ style labels that embellish some of the wines will confirm that Marie‐Hélène is passionate about the arts.
Their domain covers just 5.5 hectares across the Côte des Blancs and further south in the Aube region, and their vines have a much higher than average age – a minimum of 32 years old. The family is working in biodynamic viticulture and is committed to minimal intervention, with no chemical or systemic treatments for their vines.

The diversity of terroirs offer to the winemaker an amazing assembly pallet. This is when the grape varieties, climates and soils come into consonance in our cellars, to give a special wine called « Racines de Trois».

Tasting Notes:
Color: Golden yellow color, rather fluid and luminous aspect, fine bubbles and tenacious collar.
Aroma: Creamy chalk, iodine spray, yellow grapefruit albedo, fresh grape, fennel tip, subtle nose.
Taste: Soft and fresh approach, creamy effervescence. Fruity pulpy and crisp, supported by a fresh lemony acidity and finely sewn with a very pure calcareous minerality that give elegance and a good length to the palate. Final more tense in respect of the overall harmony gratifying a creamy sensation accomplishes, flowery and airy.
