北京波龍堡葡萄酒業有限公司由中法合資興建,成立於1999年,座落於風景秀麗、環境優美、空氣清新的北京市房山區八十畝地村霧嵐山腳下。葡萄種植基地佔地70公頃,年生產葡萄酒250噸。波龍堡酒莊借鑒法國著名酒堡的建築風格,設計獨具特色。
北京波龍堡系列葡萄酒全部產自北京波龍堡酒莊,完全按照有機生產方式種植葡萄和釀製葡萄酒;符合法國的「生物產品」標準。

釀造:

混合壓搾,於兩年舊橡木桶發酵,與酒渣陳年6個月。

品酒筆記:
淡雅細膩的柑橘、柚子、檸檬等清新的水果香混合橡木香,清脆的酸度支撐圓潤的酒體,平衡,回味愉悅。

 

Chateau Bolongbao was set up in 1999, and is a joint investment of China and France. Situated at the foot of Mulan Mountain in Bashimoudi Village, Fangshan District with intoxicating scenery and fresh air, Chateau Bolongbao has 70 acres of vineyard, fully organic with yearly wine production of 250 tonnes. Their architecture are carefully designed and well crafted with reference to a number of well known French wineries.

Chateau Bolongbao wines are all produced at Bolongbao, entirely produced according to organic viticulture and vinification methods. Full compliance with French 'Organic Product'  standard.

Vinification:
Mix crushed. Fermented in 2-year old oak barrel, aged with lees for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant and subtle fruitiness such as citrus, grapefruit and lemon, intertwined with oak flavours. The supple and round body is supported by crispy acidity. Well balanced and enjoyable aftertaste.
