傳奇風土、有地位顯赫的鄰居和天賦條件，就能總結Château Clerc Milon的歷史和成功。Pauillac的風土，是世上不少高級葡萄酒來源地。其鄰居有Mouton和Lafite，都是享負盛名的一級酒莊，從Clerc Milon的露台，可以看到他們的葡萄園。
其後，Rothschild家族的Baron Phlippe於1970年買入這片被遺忘的土地，並決定翻新，最終令它成為有級數的酒莊。多得Baroness Philippine，Clerc Milon已是波爾多中多個獲高度讚賞的酒莊之一。
因為酒標上的雙小丑公仔，Château Clerc Milon 暱稱為”雙公”。

這年的Clerc Milon有極為深的顏色，柔軟單寧以及成熟的黑加侖子，甘草及橡木香氣。有極為吸引的花香及甘草香。酒體中等至飽滿，純淨並帶成熟單寧。未來20年適飲。

此酒帶有鮮明的黑果，布冧，雲呢拿，及紫花香。口感明亮。有討好的酸度，極具張力而集中。有礦物感而帶黑莓，柑橘等香氣。優雅而收結深刻。

由 60% Cabernet Sauvignon、23% Merlot、14% Cabernet Franc、2% Petit Verdot和 1% Carménère混釀而成，2017 年的Clerc Milon呈中等至深石榴紫色，散發出百花香、肉桂條的華麗香氣， 蜜餞紫羅蘭和櫻桃酒。以溫暖的黑醋栗、李子蜜餞和波森莓為核心，並帶有灌木叢的氣息。 酒體中等至飽滿，果香濃郁，質感堅實細膩，富有新鮮感。餘韻悠長，芳香四溢。

The 2012 Clerc Milon has an almost blackish-blue opaque color, soft tannins, ripe notes of blackcurrants, licorice and subtle background oak. There is an attractive floral, licorice quality to the fruit. The wine is medium to full-bodied and beautifully pure with ripe tannin. It is soft enough to be approachable in several years and should drink well for 20 years.

The 2014 Clerc Milon is more backward on the nose compared to the d'Armailhac: quite sumptuous in style with black fruit, dark plum, vanilla and a pungent violet scent. The palate is wonderful: a fabulous line of acidity, tensile and focused, mineral and intense with blackberry, citrus fruit, bilberry and cedar towards the elegant, yet intense finish. There is something almost Lafite-like about this Clerc-Milon and in my book, there is nothing wrong with that.

A blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot and 1% Carmenere, the medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Clerc Milon opens with expressive crushed blackberries, red and black plums and cigar boxes notions with suggestions of dried herbs, earth and violets plus a waft of dark chocolate. Medium-bodied, fine, fresh and elegant, it has a lovely core of very pure red and black fruits, supported by finely textured tannins and finishing on a lingering perfumed note. This is a very pretty, superbly poised Pauillac!

A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Carménère, the 2017 Clerc Milon is medium to deep garnet-purple colored and offers up a gorgeous nose of potpourri, cinnamon stick, candied violets and kirsch over a core of warm cassis, plum preserves and boysenberries with a waft of garrigue. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers loads of muscular fruit with a firm, fine-grained texture and tons of freshness, finishing long and perfumed.
