葡萄園覆蓋 8 公頃土地,只位於聖艾美倫區外面北面的高原,酒莊剛完成翻新了發酵大缸和木桶。其他酒莊地方也是牽涉細心照顧之地,融合對傳統的尊敬和現代技術,葡萄酒的結構、酒體,加上複雜度和優雅,成就了酒莊的未來。

品酒筆記:
像一般古董波爾多酒的磚紅色。令人驚歎的甜美明亮的車厘子香氣,然後是焗製薯仔和杉木感覺的香料。酒精的強度已經消散。口感漂亮,仍然果味四溢,有像橙皮、薄荷、焦糖的味道,有微粒感覺的單寧。

 

Château Petit Faurie de Soutard  belongs to the Cap de Mourlin family, they are also the owner of Chateau Saint-Émilion Balestard and Cap de La Tonnelle Mourlin. To the famous oenologist Michel Rolland, the winery is even "the jewel of the Capdemourlin family."
The vineyard, which extends over 8 hectares, is located just outside the city of Saint Emilion on a highlight North plateau. The chateau has recently been significantly  renovated, regarding the vat and barrels.
The wines of the area, much appreciated by connoisseurs, involve much objects that need meticulous care, such as viticulture, manual harvesting, etc. Combining respect for tradition with the most modern techniques, their structure and body of the wine, combining the complexity and elegance, allow them a bright future.

Tasting Notes:
The brick red of antique Bordeaux. Surprisingly sweet and bright cherry on the nose at first. Baked tomatoes, cedary spice. Faint alcohol volatility. In the mouth, beautiful, still fruity with orange rind, spearmint, burnt sugar and some few dusty tannins still breathing.
