品酒筆記:
此酒用上相等份量的Syrah和Petit Verdot。淺橙色帶粉紅色調,其光采令人留下印象。香氣強,新鮮和純淨,帶出以柑橘和花味為主的味道。緊致的酒體,味道豐富平衡。像果汁般的口感,餘味怡人,令此酒份外吸引。

“Our wine is for pleasure – we serve it before dinner and during dinner. I’ve chosen Bulgaria because of the magnificent terroir. With Enira we revive the image of the Bulgarian wines worldwide. I can’t find competitive wine internationally like Enira.

Aged in tanks for 6 months before bottling 

Tasting Notes:
Rose 13 is a blend between varietal Syrah and and Petit Verdot in equal part. With a Pale orange color, light pink nuances, it impresses with its brightness and glints. The nose is intense, fresh and pure, revealing plenty of flavors and dominated by citrus fruits and flowers. Well formed with tight body, the mouth is rich and balanced. Juicy mouthfeel follows on a pleasant aftertaste, making this wine amazingly attractive.
