葡萄以人手採收，在振動台上去梗及篩選。用氣動壓榨機(Pneumatic press)按壓，避免過度壓榨，讓葡萄汁達至所需的色澤、酸度和酚(Phenois)等。各個品種以14-16 ⁰C獨立發酵約20日，與酒糟浸漬3-6個月，並定期進行攪桶增加風味。

Hand picking of the grapes, then soft de-stemming and quality separation of whole berries on vibrating tables. Direct pressing with pneumatic press in order to reach desire juice parameters: color, total acidity, phenols etc. Alcohol fermentation about 20 days at 14-16 ⁰C maximum as each varietal is fermented separately. Batonnage on heavy lees for 3-5 months under CO2.
This unique wine is blend of three white varieties Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. Brilliant, light yellow color charm at first. Opulent bouquet reveals plenty of flavors as pear, quince, elderberry, melon and lime. Round and soft body, dense texture and balanced acidity are felt in taste. Nice freshness and finesse at the end.
