香氣非常含蓄，不情願地展現出在地的礦物質、柑橘皮的芳香和汽油味。酒體中等，擁有豐富的神韻，直至尾聲仍保持乾身(dry)的個性和良好的平衡，餘韻悠展。  

Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine, located near Pernand-Vergelesses, is a family wine business for more than 140 years in Burgundy. Having 4 levels of appellations : starting from Bourgogne, Village, the prestigious Premier cru to the rare Grand Cru. Chardonnay are Cultivated on the climat of Pernand-Vergelesses and Corton Charlemagne, and Pinot Noir on the climat of Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay, Pommard… Clos Berthet is a monopole. In other words, It is the entire property of Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine, is also considered the gem of the Domaine.

Vinification:
Hand harvested with sorting.  Made with traditional winemaking in oaks casks with stirring of the lees for 12 months. 25% new oak. Yields in 2019 were limited, only 5,300 bottles are produced.

A more restrained nose grudgingly displays its aromas of mineral reduction, citrus rind and petrol. Here to the middle weight flavors possess plenty of verve along with good focus on the equally dry and well-balanced finale that delivers just a touch better persistence.
