這款佳釀是典型的布爾岡白酒，葡萄來自75年的老藤，以及融會了Fuissé的最佳風土：Ménestrières、Champs、Prasles 給予力量；Clos Gaillard、Perrières、Chevaux帶來優雅細緻的風格。

天然酵母釀造，長時間低溫發酵。45%在橡木桶中熟成，其餘在不鏽鋼缸中。與酒糟陳年約10個月。

品酒筆記：
香氣非常集中，散發出陽光普照下的水果味，並帶有濃郁的礦物感。 初時檸檬的香氣撫平了味蕾，沉入了豐富而和諧的口感。以明確的礦物感慢慢收結，帶來緊緻的餘韻。 配魚、布雷斯雞(Bresse Chicken)和芝士例如Comte都很適合。

In the centre of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, southern Burgundy. The estate is relatively small with its six hectares, but its strength lies in the age of the vines (half of them are more than 45 years old), and more than 20 vineyards which are favourable with Chardonnay. Different "climats" make many possibilities of blending or selection.
This cuvée is a typical Burgundy White, blend between the old vines of 75 years old and the best climates of Fuissé: Ménestrières, Champs, Prasles for the power; Clos Gaillard, Perrières, Chevaux for elegance and finesse.

Vinification:
Native fermentation, with controlled temperatures (below 24°C). Mature partly in tanks and 45% in barrels, for around 10 months on the lees. 

Tasting Notes :
The bouquet is exquisitely concentrated, the aromas of sun-drenched fruit with notes of racy minerality. The lemony notes on the palate settle softly, and with a lengthy finish of precise mineral character.  Nice pairing with fish, Bresse poultry and cheese such as Comte.
