提起波爾多,人稱「左岸有Lafite、右岸有 Pavie」,由此可見Château Pavie的江湖地位。Pavie位於Saint-Emilion,是右岸四大酒莊,自2012年升格為 Premier Grand Cru Classé (A)。
Esprit de Pavie是 Pavie 的三軍酒。葡萄園坐落於Dordogne Valley朝南的山坡,土質以礫石、黏土和黏土-石灰石(clay-limestone)為主。種植過程盡量減少化學物的干預,加上背後有Pavie一流的釀造技術,可說是優質保證。

深沉如石榴的紫紅色。以突出的紅果和黑李子香味開場,當中還有烘焙香料、雲呢拿豆莢、黑朱古力和普羅旺斯的香草氣息。酒體由中等至飽滿,明亮的紅果和黑果味之中,夾雜了香辛料的味道,單寧厚重耐嚼,收結清新。


When it comes to Bordeaux, people say there is Lafite on the left bank and Pavie on the right bank, which shows the significance of Château Pavie. Located in Saint-Emilion, Pavie is one of the four greatest wineries on the right bank and has been upgraded to Premier Grand Cru Classé (A) since 2012.
Esprit de Pavie is the third wines of Pavie. It comes from a great diversity of terroirs situated on the south-facing slopes of the Dordogne valley, the soil is dominated by gravel, clay and clay-limestone. The vinification minimizes chemical intervention, coupled with good care and attention in winemaking, which ensure each bottle's high level quality.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Esprit de Pavie (a blend of vines in Côtes de Castillon and young vines from Pavie and Monbousquet) opens with expressive red and black plums notes plus touches of baking spices, vanilla pod, dark chocolate and dried Provence herbs. Medium to full-bodied, the bright fruit fills the mouth with plenty of spicy red and black fruits, supported by chewy tannins and finishing with a refreshing lift.
