本地原創品牌，由港大畢業生Winston及朋友創立。Winston在香港大學修讀食物及營養學，自家研發手工「汽水」，包括有氣茶、無酒精有氣雞尾酒及季節限定口味。標榜用優質食材，例如天然糖和果茸等。

Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong.  It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree.

用上愛媛縣柚子汁，清香伴隨着玄米茶的輕度烘焙味道而來。柚子、玄米茶和清新的甜味完美平衡。

Citrus Yuzu from Ehime Japan, the aroma accompanied by light roastiness from genmaicha. Nice balance among the taste of yuzu, genmaicha and refreshing sweetness.
