Selosse's NV Extra Brut Grand Cru Le Bout du Clos offers up complex aromas of golden orchard fruit, almond paste, yellow plums, beeswax and spices. Full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's tightly wound after its recent disgorgment, with racy acids, elegantly muscular structuring extract and a youthfully frothy mousse. Long and penetrating, I can't wait to encounter it again with a little bottle age.
