品酒筆記:
稻草黃色清澈和明亮。香氣新鮮,花卉和植物的香氣,再演變至如茴香、雲呢拿等香料和淡淡的橡木味良好的香味持久性。在口中第一印象是有力量和像檸檬般清新,伴隨輕柔和微妙礦物。再品嘗時會有朱古蜂蜜和水果拼盤的香味。這些味道優雅地包裹住礦物質和酸度結構。熱情而新鮮,此特級田年輕,但已經十分可愛,是在 Blanchot 很常見/東南方面清晨陽光為我們提供了比同期葡萄酒較快進入適飲期。

 

 

Since 1923 at Chablis in Burgundy, the meticulous care of the winegrowers working together under the banner of La Chablisienne has given birth to wines whose magnificence is amplified by the passage of time. These wines, coming from a mosaic of vineyard plots, provide a pallet of emotions marked with a truly mineral touch.

Vinification:
Cold settling before fermentation. Both yeast and malolactic fermentations in tanks.

Maturing:
20 months on fine lees, in tanks and small barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Golden straw-yellow colour. Limpid and brilliant wine. The bouquet opens onto fresh, floral and plant aromas which give way to spicier notes (aniseed, vanilla) and a touch of oakiness. Good aromatic persistence. The first impression in the mouth is marked by an energetic, lemony freshness along with a light, subtle minerality. Further tasting reveals aromas of chocolate, honey and fruit compote. These flavours elegantly enrobe the minerality and the acid framework. Carnal and fresh, this Grand Cru is quite young but is already coaxing. A phenomena often observed in Blanchot. The south / south-east aspect (giving the morning sun) provides us with a great wine that is ready to drink sooner than its peers.
