Picking Dates:
A late and long harvest from the 3rd of October until the 24th of October (21 days).

Blending:
The blend consists of 55 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 41 % Merlot and 4 % Petit Verdot.

Tasting:
Dark and purple color, it has a very intense bouquet, with pure black cherry, crème de cassis and crushed violets. The palate has crisp acidity, quite tensile in the mouth and lively. One of the best succeed of Les Fiefs de Lagrange ever, vibrant wine well balanced. (2019 – 2035)

The Wine Advocate (RP:88)

The 2016 Les Fiefs de Lagrange has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and a nose of warm red and black currants, earth and minerals with a waft of roses. The palate is medium-bodied and plush with plenty of juicy fruit and an earthy finish.
