2018年的 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru，陳釀 15 個月。桃子和荷蘭長啤梨的果香令人愉悅。入口圓潤，非常豐富，幾乎像Meursault（貓鬚）一樣，少量的生薑使餘韻更加活潑，是一個令人愉快可新鮮飲用的 Fourchaume。 

The main substrate of Chablis vineyards is Jurassic limestone which laid down some 150 million years ago. The rock contains deposits of tiny fossilised oyster shells, that some particularly valuable Climats produce the Premier Cru. The appellation comprises 40 Premier Cru Climats (named plots of vine-growing land), the most famous Climats are those on the right bank of Serein river, and Climat Fourchaume is one of them.

Tasting Notes:
The 2018 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru, aged 15 months on the lees, has a pleasant nose of peach and Conference pear. The palate is rounded and quite rich on the entry, almost Meursault-like, and a dab of ginger enlivens the finish. A very enjoyable early drinking Fourchaume.
