Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong. It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree. Houjicha Vanilla Ice-cream Seltzer is one of the seasonal sparklings.
