本地原創品牌，由港大畢業生Winston及朋友創立。Winston在香港大學修讀食物及營養學，自家研發手工「汽水」，包括有氣茶、無酒精有氣雞尾酒及季節限定口味。標榜用優質食材，例如天然糖和果茸等。

Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong.  It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree.

Tasting Notes:
淺金色。富有熱情果的優雅甜香，其次是茉莉花和綠茶的香味。味道亦以熱情果為主，綠茶為副。最後，以天然清爽的甜度和綠茶淡淡的甘澀收結。

Pale Golden colour.  On the nose, medium level of elegant sweet passion fruit aroma with a minor note of jasmine and green tea. On the palate, a very juicy passion fruit taste accompany with minor green tea. Refreshing natural sweetness and ends with a light green tea’s astringency.
