本地原創品牌，由港大畢業生Winston及朋友創立。Winston在香港大學修讀食物及營養學，自家研發手工「汽水」，包括有氣茶、無酒精有氣雞尾酒及季節限定口味。標榜用優質食材，例如天然糖和果茸等。

Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong.  It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree.

1. 玫瑰碟豆花有氣無酒精雞尾酒
Blue? Rose Butterfly Pea Flower Sparkling Mocktail

味道：中度至馥郁的玫瑰花香，玫瑰味道適中，富天然蜜糖甜香。
Tasting notes: On the nose, medium to high level of rose. Low-medium rose taste with refreshing cane and honey natural sweetness

2. 熱情果綠茶有氣無酒精雞尾酒
Passion Gone? Passion Fruit Green Tea Sparkling Mocktail

味道：熱情果甜香誘人，有茉莉花香和綠茶味，結尾帶點甘澀。
Tasting notes:  On the nose, medium level of elegant sweet passion fruit aroma with a minor note of jasmine and green tea. It ends with a light green tea’s astringency.

3. 白桃碳酸伯爵茶
Sparkling White Peach Earl Grey

味道：法國水蜜桃帶來香甜傳神的桃味，佛手柑清香，氣泡醒神。
Tasting notes: Natural peachy flavour of French peach puree, and aroma with citrusy bergamot note. Refreshing sweetness and sparkling.

4. 梨肉桂碳酸青檸
Sparkling Pear Lime Cinnamon

味道：肉桂香氣柔順，梨子果香濃郁，以青檸酸味收結。
Tasting notes: Smooth cinnamon in the nose followed by the French pear, obvious pear in taste and ending with fresh lime tartness.
