本地原創品牌，由港大畢業生Winston及朋友創立。Winston在大學修讀食物及營養學，自家研發手工「汽水」，包括有氣茶、無酒精有氣雞尾酒及季節限定口味。標榜用優質食材，例如天然糖和果茸等。伯爵茶以6°C低溫萃取22小時，以帶出佛手柑的香氣和茶味。

Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong.  It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree. Sparkling Earl Grey is cold brewed at 6°C for 22 hours for the most delicate citrus and bergamot aroma and tea flavour.

Medium body.  Earl Grey's classic citrus and bergamot aroma and tea flavour. And the carbon dioxide brings out the subtle sweetness from the tea.
