Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong. It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree.
Sparkling Pu'er is cold brewed at 6°C for 22 hours for the most delicate aroma and flavour.

Full body. Pu'er is round and smooth on the palate. The carbon dioxide brings out the subtle sweetness from the tea.
