第一階段提供新鮮度,而第二階段提供更大的質地和復雜性,尋求適當的平衡。
連皮短暫冷漬,於不銹鋼缸中的發酵,在500升法國橡木桶中熟成4個月

建議享用溫度:
12ºC - 13ºC (53.6ºF - 55.4ºF)

品酒筆記:
深黃色。 柔軟芬芳的香氣,檸檬香調和異國情調的水果。 入口細軟輕柔,具有良好的油潤和清新的口感。

Winemaking:
Hand harvest.
The wine is produced with a rigorous grape selection in two stages one early harvest (end of August) and a second late harvest (early October).
The first one will provide freshness while the second one a greater texture and complexity, seeking for the right balance.
Short cold maceration in contact with the skins. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks and maturation continues during 4 months in 500L French oak barrels.

Ideal serving temperature: 
12ºC - 13ºC (53.6ºF - 55.4ºF)

Tasting Note:
Intense yellow colour. Soft and perfumed nose with citric notes and exotic fruits. The palate is velvety and soft with good unctuosity and a fresh finish.
