大紅袍本身帶有岩骨花香、輕微的熱帶果味和悠長的回甘，所以在品嘗這款酒的時候，可以留意茶葉的香味在舌頭慢慢散開；再配合適當比例的杜松子，蜜柑和芫茜籽，可以感受到以茶為主調，與杜松子等的獨特融合。無論是純飲或做成 Gin Tonic / Soda都非常適合，希望大家像貓貓聞完貓草後一樣開心滾動。

The second issue of our beloved CATNIP GIN, now in a handsome red cape! This time, we have hand-picked yet another premium oolong tea – the famous Da Hong Pao (which translates to a “Big Red Cape”) from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian. Together with juniper berries, mandarin and coriander seeds, this is yet another killer combination of gin and tea. Perfect in a gin and tonic or soda especially in this hot weather!
