Paisajes y Vinedos (葡萄園的風景系列)

釀造葡萄酒有時不一定要擁有葡萄園、酒廠與酒窖，擁有熱情與天賦，便能產生無與倫比的葡萄酒美景。　

1998年，西班牙最富傳奇色彩的名釀酒師米格爾‧安赫(Miguel Angel de Gregorio)與巴塞隆納最佳葡萄酒專賣店Vila Viniteca決定在利奧哈區(Rioja)攜手進行一個特別的葡萄酒計畫，稱為葡萄園裡的風景(Paisajes y Vinedos)，透過米格爾對於產區的了解，每年嚴選利奧哈區不同的單一葡萄園，藉由其優異的釀酒技術，呈現每個葡萄園中無與倫比的景致。

派撒赫 (Paisajes)的西班牙原義為「風景」，希望能展現出園區獨一無二的面貌，米格爾的釀酒哲學是藉由土壤不同的特性與潛質，生產出獨特且無法被模仿的 精采佳釀。由於法訂產區的規範，派撒赫的酒款僅能標示利奧哈(Rioja)，而酒款直接以各葡萄園區的編號來命名，目前編號從1到9號，部份酒款並非年年 釀造，而是選擇最佳年份才生產。派撒赫的酒款風格與釀酒理念已受到各地的注目與好評，著名酒評家羅伯‧派克(Robert Parker)屢屢給予93分的高評價，同時也是連續5年榮獲世界最佳餐廳首選的西班牙三星餐廳El Bulli酒單上的指定用酒，每款酒年產量不超過5000瓶，是全球葡萄酒迷競相選購的夢幻逸品，也是西班牙利奧哈最不能忽略的美景。

品酒筆記：
極深紅色，已浸漬的黑果香氣，像櫻桃，加上濃厚的香料、丁香、皮革。味道方面，有多層次而多汁的黑果，十分飽滿。柔滑丹寧配合少許木桶，延伸到悠長而平衡的餘韻。最少可以陳年十年以上。最宜配合厚身肉類。

Tasting Notes:
Very dark crimson in the glass, the nose has deep rich macerated black fruits, almost kirsch-like. There is plenty of spice, licorice and leather as well. Layers of rich black fruits in the mouth, very juicy sensation, excellent volume. Smooth tannins and some oak components lead into a lengthy, balanced finish. This wine should evolve beautifully over the next few years, and last at least another decade. Suits hearty meat dishes.

“The 2005 Paisajes VII is 100% Garnacha sourced from a single, 85-year-old vineyard. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak. Deep crimson-colored, it offers up an alluring bouquet of toast, smoke, pencil lead, and black cherry. This leads to a plush, layered, spicy wine with excellent depth and breadth. It will evolve for several years and be at its best between 2012 and 2020.”

“Much more of a classic Rioja nose than the Gracianos. Earthy, leathery, with notes of liquorice and dark red fruit. Lovely zip to the intense but not overripe autumnal fruits of the forest flavours. Dense but ripe and fine-grained tannins. Long, spicy finish, with a little bit of heat at the end from the 14% alcohol. Very moreish.”
