光亮金黃色也略帶閃耀琥珀色。沒有完結而幼細的汽泡,一直上升以組成完美的皇冠。新鮮、果香濃郁、帶檸檬的優雅香氣,略帶新鮮杏仁和合桃,是仔細和清楚的和諧香氣。味道豐富而慷慨,像經過精心挑選的花束。豐腴而綿滑,與新鮮出爐的brioche麵包融合一起。味道十足的cava,擁有絲滑口感,也配合適量酸度。

 

This Special Vintage concentrates the substance of the Pere Ventura terroir and expresses the essence of time in just one sip. A cava which fulfills our wishes and stirs our senses, transporting us and drawing out our greatest virtues. La Pubilla is an exclusive cava, with a very limited production, and only made in exceptional years. The traditional native grape varieties which shape its identity come from La Anciana and La Secreta, specific plots on the estate, where the vines are over sixty years old. The yield from these old vines, grown in the old-fashioned way according to ancestral Penedès wine tradition, is well below average. As a result, the fruiting grape is of extraordinary quality. Each cluster is an example of excellence, a testimony to the historical adaptation of the vines to the terroir. La Pubilla Special Vintage is a gift, a joy reserved for very special occasions, the perfect excuse to experience the exquisite.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Bright golden hue with amber glints. Endless, fine beads, ascending with delicate effervescence to form a perfect crown.

On the nose: Clean, fruity, lemony elegance, with hints of fresh almonds and walnuts. A symphony of subtle yet clearly identifiable aromas.

On the palate: Rich and generous, precise and refined bouquet. Full and creamy on the palate, with fresh fruit sensations combined with freshly baked brioche. A flavorsome cava in which a silky sensation combines with just the right amount of acidity.
