Long cool ferments in stainless steel, with aromatic yeasts. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled to screwcap to retain freshness.

香Nose：
展現出接骨木花的香氣，加上黑加侖子葉，碗豆，青草的香氣。
Displays a muddle of lifted elderflower, blackcurrant leaf, fresh pea and cut grass.

味Palate：
熱帶果香，有豐富熱情果香。同時有青檸及青蘋果芳香作襯托。中段亦有如啤梨般的鮮味。當然亦有多汁而完好的結構。收結亦有柑橘的芳香。
Up front tropical passionfruit and feijoa, complimented by hints of lime and green apple.
The mid palate has a pear like freshness and juicy textural element that melds with the structural, zesty citrus acidity and leads to a lengthy, dry finish featuring traces of grapefruit.
