今天的 Viticcio 由 Alessandro Landini 和他的家人跟隨他父親的傳統方式擁有及管理。 Fattoria Viticcio 擴展至 60 公頃,其中 30 公頃種植了有機葡萄園。其周圍是樹木和用作特別初搾橄欖油的橄欖樹。酒窖內的工作仍主要保持人手完成,簡約和純淨是釀造最佳葡萄酒的重要元素。

意大利

葡萄品種:
95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot.

釀造:
發酵溫度為 28°- 30°C,浸漬15-20 天。每天按照酒莊程序進行下壓作業。浸漬後會進行換桶。於不鏽鋼缸進行蘋果酸-乳酸二次發酵。

陳年:
於法國及美國木桶陳年12個月

品酒筆記:
深紅寶石色,有很好的色彩和深度。果香四溢,典雅,包含森林果實的味道,配以多種香料。味道豐富,單寧柔和長久,柔和圓潤的收結,盡顯複習的內藏力量。適飲期:2012-2019

 

Today Viticcio is owned and managed by Alessandro Landini who, with his family, follows his father’s footsteps. Fattoria Viticcio extends for 60 hectares of which about 30 are planted with organic vineyards. All around are woods and also olive trees for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The work in the cellar is still largely carried out manually. Simplicity and cleanliness are essential elements to obtain a wine that expresses at its best the characteristics of its territory.

Grape Varieties:
95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot.

Vinification:
Fermentation temperatures between 28° - 30° C. Maceration 15-20 days. Pumping over and delestage according to the winery’s daily programme. Racking at the end of maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

Ageing:
12 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep red ruby colour with good hue and intensity. Fruity, refined and elegant with great forest fruits taste, combined with hints of various spices. Tasty on the palate with light tannin and a lasting tinge. The wine shows plenty of inner perfume through to the round, harmonious finish. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019.
