關於釀酒：
無過濾的原酒在瓶内作第二次發酵及陳年，人手轉瓶後除渣，純傳統法釀造

葡萄品種：
40% 金香葡萄 產自后里
20% 黑后葡萄 產自彰化二林 45年老藤 傳承三代農家契作
20% 蜜紅，二林果園
10% 巨峰
10% 木杉葡萄 產自埔鹽自有農園
(其中4%為綠果)

釀造：
限量2,900瓶。

品酒筆記：
溫和的黃色、粉紅色花香、草本香調、舒緩感官的柑橘和熱帶水果香氣。 口感順滑、細緻的氣泡令味覺重拾活力洗滌疲累的身驅，令人愉悦的熱帶水果、台灣橙、柚子和紅葡萄柚。 可口的酸度平衡了溫和的水果風味和質感，更添上了多份層次感，並以乾淨、礦物質的清爽作收結。

Sparkling (Handcrafted in the classic Méthode Traditionnelle)

Winemaking:
No filtration before tirage. Bottle fermented and aged, hand riddled and disgorged in Methode Traditionnelle

40% Golden Muscat, Houli
20% Black Queen from Erlin estate third generation (over 45 yo vines) 
20% Mehone
10% Kyoho
10% Musann Blanc, Puyen estate
(4% Verjus)

Winemaking:
2,900 bottles crafted.

Tasting Notes:
I first soothes the sense in gentle aromas of yellow, pink florals, herbal notes, citrus and tropical fruits. Smooth, dedicate bubbles rejuvenate the palate, to welcome tropical fruits, Taiwan orange, pomelo, and red grapefruits. Savory acidity furthermore layers the gentle fruity flavors in a balanced weight and texture, ending in a clean, mineral refreshing finish.
