受到童年時期的葡萄​風味記憶啟發,為了引導出巨峰和蜜紅的芳香和多汁特性,我們透過冷泡、少量淬取和未過濾的裝瓶後瓶中發酵完畢的古法氣泡酒釀造方式,製成了這款充滿活力、質地,誠實的pét-nat。

手工除梗破皮、果粒與整串果串冷泡十天、野生酵母低溫發酵、瓶中發酵完成無過濾。

葡萄品種:
64% 蜜紅(全台僅剩彰化兩位農民種植)
36% 巨峰

釀造:
限量2,400瓶。

迷人的可口深粉色,微妙節奏感的氣泡,搭著柔和的酸度,多質地又清爽的口感,均衡的表現椪柑、梅子、李子、棗子等豐富的可口果味。

Type:
Sparkling (Traditional Pétillant Naturel method)

Winemaking:
Hand-destemmed crushed berries and whole clusters cold soaked 10 days, fermented on wild yeast under low temperature, mainly free-run wine, following traditional Pétillant Naturel method, fermentation finished in bottle without disgorging nor filtration.

Grape Varieties:
64% Mehone
36% Kyoho

Winemaking:
2,400 bottles crafted.

Tasting Notes:
Kyoho and Mehone are two local traditional table grapes that inspired this pét-nat winemaking with their uniquely aromatic and juicy character.
Dressed in charming deep watermelon pink color while emitting sweet orchard fragrance, some herbal notes, abundant fruity flavors of mandarin orange, watermelon, plum are unveiled through small dense bubbles and richly textured flavors.
Expressive of the two grape varieties and our terroir, intrinsically pure and happy, enjoy it with lees settled or shaken, serves cold at 6-8C to lightly chilled 13-15C to get more expressive fruits, it is an honest, delightful pét-nat with lots to give.
