26% 黑后 + 36% 蜜紅 + 38% 巨峰

釀造:
前端冷泡皮與發酵釀造,榨汁後繼續17天低溫帶皮發酵,微量淋汁培養。最後結合2019的黑后。
1,040瓶手工釀製。

BOBO is the bubbling sound of fermentation through which our wines unfold, popping out myriads of intriguing tropical flavors and untainted formless inspirations as we set out to growing and crafting vin de terroir. BOBO, bo-bo-bo, we explore, observe, connect, and are transformed.

Winemaking:
Cold maceration. After pressing, fermentation in cold temperature with skin for 17 days. At last, blend with Black Queen from 2019.
1,040 bottles handcrafted.

Tasting Notes:
Vibrant white and pink flowers. Fresh fruity melons and Chinese small yellow and red plums, mulberry, guava and red peach from aroma to palate. With a subtle minty minerality in the finish. Three red-skinned grapes from Taiwan meeting for the first time, it's a fresh new conversation among three young souls!
