本地原創品牌，由港大畢業生Winston及朋友創立。Winston在香港大學修讀食物及營養學，自家研發手工「汽水」，包括有氣茶、無酒精有氣雞尾酒及季節限定口味。標榜用優質食材，例如天然糖和果茸等。

Local brand, all sparklings are mindfully crafted in Hong Kong.  It was founded by HKU graduate Winston and friends, who studied Food and Nutrition. He developed the artisan sparkling, including sparkling tea, alcohol-free cocktail and limited/seasonal collections. All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, e.g. natural sugar and fruit puree.

Tasting Notes:
不太深的藍調。有中度至馥郁的玫瑰花香、低至中度的玫瑰味道，伴隨着清爽的蔗糖及天然的蜜糖甜香。加入檸檬汁/青檸汁後，藍色會轉變成粉紫色，帶來活潑的酸度。

Medium blue colour. On the nose, medium to high level of rose. Low-medium rose taste with refreshing cane and honey natural sweetness. When lemon/lime juice is added, tartness infused and the colour will change from blue to purple.
