這是首支香港製造、於法國橡木桶陳年的氈酒。它結合了杜松子、肉桂、荳蔻、姜、橙皮、可可和伯爵茶。 所用的法國橡木桶曾有光榮的過去，以前曾於丹麥酒廠Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin 釀造過屢獲殊榮的果酒。
經過橡木桶的洗禮，酒體濃郁，質感出奇地柔滑。味道從黑色水果到朱古力，再到柑橘和溫暖的香料，層次豐富，單獨飲用已非常好喝。

This gin combines juniper berries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, orange peels, cacao and earl grey tea, which is PRODUCED & MATURED IN HK. It is aged in a French Oak Barrel that was previously used for the production of the award-winning Danish fruit wine by Frederiskdal in Harpelunde, Denmark.  
The resulting gin is a full-bodied and flavourful spirit that is sippable on its own, with a smooth and silky texture that is the product of the maturation process.  Packed with flavours ranging from dark fruits to chocolate, to citrus and warm spices, which leads to a whole new sensation and experience.
