Alta Alella is a family winery that established in 1991. Josep Maria and his wife Cristina have spent their lives sharing the wine and cava culture. They set up the winery in the midst of the Serralade de Marina Natural Park, where just a few miles away from Barcelona. Their respect for the land shown by the practice of certified organic farming and using local varieties such as Xarel.lo.
Cava is an elemental piece of the spirit of Alta Alella, the winery treats them with the greatest care. The grapes are organically farmed, the selection by hand of the finest grapes, while Traditional Method is used and the Gran Reserva cavas are bottle aged for at least 30 months. The passion has been rewarded by many international prizes.

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with green tones. Fig and ripe fruits and flowers overlay citric notes. Frothy. Well integrated with complex flavors such as nuts, ripe fruit, hops, custard and baked apple. Fine bubble. Long finish.
