釀造：
人手收成，低溫突出葡萄果香，蘋果-乳酸二次發酵則加強了葡萄酒的和諧。採用特別酵母菌，和與酒渣一起的長期儲存，加上現代式果汁澄清（“浮選”），葡萄的品種特徵和口味得以優化。於大橡木桶陳年大約9個月。

Vinification:
Manual harvest, cool fermentations highlight the fruitiness of the wine, the malolactic fermentation promotes harmony of the wines. With specific yeasts and prolonged storage on the lees, and modern juice clarification ("flotation"),  the varietal character and the taste of the wine is optimised. Approximately 9-month ageing in large oak casks.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red, rich in extracts in the trunk and elegant interplay of fruit and soft tannins on the finish.
