Reina de los Deseos是來自馬德里的紅酒，由Comando G.製作，G就是Grenache之意思，Comando G.替很多老Grenache重生，成功把葡萄的表現捕捉在製作的葡萄酒中。

釀造：
Comando G的農作方式完全尊重環境，也跟從生物動力農業的原則。
所有葡萄會除梗後再低溫發酵，發酵溫度受控制，陳年則在法國橡木桶進行14個月。

一瓶十分出色的Grenache，新鮮而盡情表達，全因那些老樹和葡萄生長的地方，是產量極低的酒。

Reina de los Deseos is a red wine from Madrid made by Comando G.
Comando G, G for Grenache, has recovered many old Grenache vines in order to try and capture all of its expression in the wines they produce.

Terroir:
The grapes are grown on old Grenache vines that are planted in granite soils in the mountains of Sierra de Gredos above 800 metres, and are subject to a harsh climate that makes the grapes ripen in a balanced way and gives the wines freshness and elegance.

Vinification:
Comando G practices an agriculture that completely respects the environment, following the main principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a cold maceration. 
The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature and the ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
A great Grenache, fresh and very expressive due to the old vines and the lands where they are grown. A wine of little production.
