The 2018 Riesling Kabinett Trocken C.A.I. is clear and slatey on the nose, displaying ripe and well-concentrated Riesling fruit intertwined with delicate crunchy slate notes. Crystalline and salty on the palate, this is a pretty smooth and charming Kabinett on the border to off-dry. This is an easy-drinking Riesling entirely from steep vineyards.
