Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間，但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流，當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。旗下有5個酒莊，佔地約300公頃。
Naujan村莊位於Entre-Deux-Mers的中心，種植密度非常高，平均每公頃10,000棵葡萄藤。

Despagne is a well-known wine producer established in Bordeaux, the northern part of the Entre-Deux-Mers, for more than 200 years. They are the passionate winegrowers huddled between 2 rivers, Garonne and Dordogne. The name of Entre-Deux-Mers, comes from the influence of the ocean which materializes by a wave : " the Mascaret".
Today the winery is run by Basaline Despagne and her winemaker brother, Thibault. It consists of 5 estates, around 300 hectares.

Vinification:
Manual harvesting. Press the grapes slowly and as gently as possible, the juice was gently cleaned before spending a few days on fine lees. Fermentation with the indigenous yeasts of the plot. The juice then transferred to barrels, regularly stirring until bottling.
Tasting notes:
The wine opens with notes of verbena, mint and white peach with lemon zest. The palate is full and ripe with a vibrant freshness. With swirling, the wine reveals its complexity and nuances and
develops tension and a saline finish.
Food Pairing:
Delicious with snacked scallops flavoured with chives and a touch of ponzu.
