Despagne是波爾多一家知名的葡萄酒生產商,亦是懷抱熱情的葡萄農。他們家族紮根於北面的Entre-Deux-Mers已有200多年歷史。Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間,但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流,當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。旗下有5個酒莊,佔地約300公頃。

2021年份採用晚收的Cabernet Franc及Merlot。經過溫和的發酵,不加硫,以尊重水果的純度。

品酒筆記:
明亮的顏色中透出紫色的光澤,香氣富有表現力,帶來新鮮士多啤梨、黑加侖子和接骨木花的香氣,略帶煙燻味。口感清新,入口活潑爽朗,帶有新鮮、清脆、多汁的黑果味。沒有單寧,甘美,餘韻輪廓分明。

食物配搭:
燒烤、冷盤、野味凍肉、菲力牛柳、烤薯仔、辣牛肉意大利雲吞和Comté芝士。


Despagne is a well-known wine producer established in Bordeaux, the northern part of the Entre-Deux-Mers, for more than 200 years. They are the passionate winegrowers huddled between 2 rivers, Garonne and Dordogne. The name of Entre-Deux-Mers, comes from the influence of the ocean which materializes by a wave : " the Mascaret".
Today the winery is run by Basaline Despagne and her winemaker brother, Thibault. It consists of 5 estates, around 300 hectares.

Vinification:
The 2021 vintage is composed of Cabernet Franc and Merlot picked late. This wine is fermented gently without any sulfur in order to respect the purity of the fruit.

Tasting notes:
Bright brilliant color with purple reflects, expressive nose of fresh strawberry, blackcurrant with notes of elderflower, very slightly smoky. The mouth is fresh, the attack is lively and straightforward, offering fresh, crisp and juicy black fruits, this wine without tannin is luscious with a chiseled finish.

Barbecue & Grill, Charcuterie & Game Terrine, Filet Mignon & Potato Gratin, beef ravioles in spicy bouillon, Comté Cheese.
