香氣：
煙燻雲呢拿、焦糖和拖肥糖的香氣撲鼻而來，煙燻味、細膩的椰子和杏仁片相互平衡。 明顯的泥土煙燻氣息、淡淡的柑橘香味，以及在濃郁的烤豬肉中，有一抹檸檬酥皮批的香氣穿透。

味道：
彌漫著明亮的柑橘、煙燻味和獨特的礦物感，隨後是燒橡木和海灘篝火的餘燼。拖妃糖、雲呢拿與泥土的煙燻味相平衡。梨子、奶油伴水果和青蘋果鮮明的香氣，增添了亮度和深度。烘焙咖啡、丁香和肉荳蔻的味道愈來愈突出，並帶有淡淡的石楠花蜂蜜的味道。

收結：
牛油糖和雲呢拿與Octomore經典的泥煤煙燻味互相平衡。餘韻中有一絲鹽味，燒過的石楠花和金雀花的味道。

Octomore single malts have defied received whisky wisdom since they were first distilled in 2002. Always super heavily peated and cask strength.

Octomore 14.1 is the backbone of the series and offers a necessary comparison from the other expressions. Distilled in 2017 from the 2016 harvest, with 100% Scottish mainland Concerto barley and malted to 128.9 PPM. Age for 5 years, matured in first fill in ex-American whisky casks.
