Kuai Ji Shan was founded in 1743 with more than 200 years of experience! Its original name was "Yunji Winery". The winery has been located in the upstream of Jian Hu Lake, the great water is best for crafting Huadiao.
At aging of 20 years in stainless steel tanks, the Huadiao has clear amber color. The aroma is fragrant and elegant, and the taste is rich, mellow and soft with a well-balanced body.
