Clos de Bouard莊主Loic Maillet日前訪港，上星期四我地係中環店舉行Wine tasting，由於空間有限，我地只能邀請VIP出席。

當日我地接連試左酒莊出產嘅兩款酒，分別係高達RP 91-93酒莊正牌Clos de Bouard，具深度的黑莓🍇及礦物感。以及同中菜極百搭嘅副牌Dame de Bouard。充滿紫羅蘭花香同礦物感，極具深度嘅酒絕對拍得住老家“Chateau Angelus”金漆招牌！
